Adalberto Barbosa is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Acthus Capital Advisors, an independent European corporate finance and investment advisory firm established in 2007. He has built the firm around a commitment to delivering strategic advice, transaction expertise, and long-term value creation for entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and management teams.

 

With more than two decades of international business experience, Adalberto has advised on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, capital raising, strategic growth initiatives, and cross-border transactions. His career spans leadership roles across multiple industries, combining strong financial expertise with operational and strategic insight.

 

Prior to founding Acthus Capital Advisors, Adalberto developed extensive executive experience in business transformation, organisational leadership, logistics, and supply chain management, enabling him to provide clients with commercially focused advice that extends beyond transactional execution.

 

Adalberto holds a double major in Finance & Investments and Business Administration, providing a solid academic foundation for his work in investment management and corporate strategy.
